Parity is a document comparison and reconciliation platform that combines deterministic checks with AI-assisted review to generate clear reports for teams working with complex documents. It runs in two core modes: a deterministic mode, and a hybrid mode that pairs deterministic output with an agentic review layer.

Rule-based comparisons establish a reliable baseline for identifying changes, mismatches, and reconciliation points before AI is introduced. Deterministic output stays traceable and repeatable.
AI-assisted analysis then works alongside that baseline to summarize differences, flag context, and support report generation. The platform is shaped around practical review flows, moving teams from comparison to reconciliation to final reporting.
